Rick And Bubba Outdoor Expo

We had a great time seeing all the different duck calls, fishing rods, free samples of food (haha). The kids enjoyed all of it. I was glad I was able to bring my father and mother with me. In the second picture he is holding the fish, and a great big smile too. I was able to get my picture made with the Lizard Lick Towing owners. I was star struck. I couldn't believe how tall Ron really is. This man is a giant. He towered over me. Nice and very cordial couple, they signed our mini poster I purchased. Even though hunting and fishing are not my most favorite this made it all worth it!
We also were able to meet Rick Burgess. Kyle and I had our picture made with them. He spoke to us for a few minutes, and of course cat had my tounge..i couldn't say nothing...just stood there and smiled. lol.

Zoo, Zoo, Zoo!

Did I mention We LOVE the Birmingham Zoo!
I am overly excited to have just heard that the Zoo has received a 15$ million renovation grant! There are things at our Zoo that need improving or tweaking.. we love it old, new. I think this is a wonderful thing to have happened to our local zoo!

We recently took the children to the Zoo. We have not gone back since the winter season. Amazed as always my children find something new to talk about or see every time. I finally broke down and let my 2 oldest play in the sand pit or Fossil Finding Pit. SAND! oh my, I am a very neat person and while I don't mind dirt, sand is another category when it comes to my 2 and 6 year old. Trying to dig but we sling sand everywhere, I mean everywhere. haha! I love it though I enjoy them having fun!

 Digging for a Dinosaur!

Dad got in on the sand action as well!
Aunt KK threw sand on Dad.. here he is spitting if you look closely! Haha.

After this was over we took a snack break.

We then went on to enjoy the rest of our day!

We had a wonderful time and always do!

1 Kid, 2 Kid, 3 Kid...We are adding one more!!

Hello Everyone! The Corley home may not quite be the same any more.. I just recently found out that I am expecting my 4th child. I am 9 weeks. Due August 20th. This will mean that my son, Lucas will have a very close sibling indeed, How exciting! After taking 3...yes, 3 pregnancy tests, I knew this was the real deal. Planned..Nope.. But honestly life just sometimes is never planned. You have to take the spontaneous side of it all and just run with it. Trust me LOTS of things have crossed my mind.Finances, food, bills, daycare, and most of all my sanity. How am I going to manage all 3 of these kids plus a new addition.. thank goodness I love my Jesus! He won't ever put anything on me He knows I can't handle.. He saw this coming before I did. Thank You Lord for this child, and giving me the opportunity to be a mother again.

After finding this out, I have been very sick. (Kinda comes with the territory!!) SO, Ginger-Ale, Saltine Crackers, Salty Chips or Pretzels have been the best thing right now. I am on medicine to keep food down. I am hoping this will subside in a few more weeks. Over whelmed, Over Joyed, and in shock. I really wasn't thinking about another baby for another 2 years, but better to get them out of the way. I will be turning the big 3-0! this year and I really don't want to be having children past then.
I have been very thankful for my husband, Kyle. He has taken good care of me. We are both praying he gets a better job before the baby comes so I can stay home. It would be more cost effective for me to be at home with the 3 smaller children. I have been waiting for this opportunity to actually be able to become more involved in my kids lives. I want to be that mom who can actually spend valuable time with her children and watch them grow.. verses come in from work..bath time, bed time. With my current job, I am not able to enjoy most things a normal mom can. Please pray for us and our booming family!
God Bless!

WE NEED A BASKET!!

Hello Folks!
We are in full action at the Corley home! Lb has started upwards cheering. This has been the best thing ever for her! She just beams with excitement, and enjoyment. I am so proud of her for learning her cheers and taking this pretty serious. My hubby is a referee for the games. Myself, Lacey and Lucas are cheering from the sidelines! Here are a few pictures from her very first game!
